stick a piece of airline tubing into the utube and suck the air out. just make sure you put the tubing right in the middle of the curve in the utube so you dont leave any air inside.

the water level in the box should be anywhere between half and 3/4 full. if it is up to the top, you have reached the limit of water volume your overflow can handle. if it is too low and looses siphon you are not supplying enough water flow.
glen ridge sounds familiar, or i may be confusing it with glen rock. your near passaic, right? i live in tenafly (bergen county). its probably about 20 minutes from you if im not wrong. i try to make contact with as many local hobbiest as i can. sometimes we pool online orders to save money on shipping and we also do some trading. let me know if you need anything or are interested in ordering anything online. here's my email addy

I'm up in Ringwood. I have a friend from an old job who lives over in Dumont so i'm out your way quite a bit. Maybe we can can the rest of the locals together for a u bulid it package.

i want to try to get a list of all the local reefers email addy's so i can contact them when someone is going to place an online order. ive made contace with a few other locals and done some trading and order pooling. i just ordered a ubuild it paclage before christmas. if you need any astrea snails i have way too many. reefsoe has some pc's he's trying to sell too. heres my email addy. stay in touch.

me and reefsoe have been thinking about having a meeting where we all could get together and do some trading. i tried to get involved with the nj reefers club on --, but they dont seem very organized and dont post very much over there. if you guys are interested let me know.

Yes with the ammount of reefers in NJ its hard to organize meetings when some are very far south. Im sure we could all get together up here in the North and do some fraggin trading!
