Overflow/Sump

Does anyone know of/or have plans for easy DIY Overflow box. And also what size sump should I use for a 27 tall?

A 27 tall, id use a 10 gallon. as far as the plans go I doubt you could build on as cheap as you can buy one. but it would just take some acryilc and some weld on

I found one on Aquatrader for a reasonable price. Alittle concerned with the quality.
