Just bought this today...55gal w/ 75lb LR, 50lb LS, huma-huma(5"), koran angel(5"), lemon peel angel(4"), 2 clowns(3"). Seems like too many fish and I know the trigger shouldn't be hangin' with the other guys. I have this 55 and a 90 to work with, I was going to let the huma have the 55 and put the rest in the 90. All suggestions welcome!!!!

I am lost!Do you have a cycled tank?I viewed all of your posts and they are all either lighting q's or "I am new" posts.Even if you have a cycled tank, your headed for a disaster with those fish!!Why would you buy that many fish at once???????Thats animal abuse. They are all going to get beat up by the trigger and then die from an overload if they survive the trigger.

Sorry, I guess I was trying to keep the post too brief. Yes the tank is cycled, about one year old. I just bought it from a co-worker today who didn't know any better when they purchased the fish which is exactly why I took off her hands and want to get everyone where they can be happy. Any usefull advice?? I already know these fish don't work together.

I don't know why people are getting down on you????? That is not a big load!!!! if you have the tanks set-up allready, you could go to the LFS and see if they would give you a trade on the fish or something like that..... Just wondering, how much you got it all for????? , also wondering what kind of equipment you all have?? otherwise you have the right idea in keeping the fish in seperate tanks.... but I would get a 120 or larger for the koran, and trigger......

Ok.Sorry for freaking out!!I thought you bought it all new and put it all together!!I agree with krazy.See if your lfs will trade for the trigger.Well,I know I wouldn't want to give it up.Maybe you could see if they can hold it for you while you cycle the bigger tank.If they are all in there and all the parameters are fine, you could also get a divider for the trigger until the 90 is ready.I don't know much about the koran, but the others I know will be ok together.Do you mean you have 2 55s or 1?If you have 2,your set.Well even 1 is ok.Again,SORRY!!!!

Thanks for the info guys. To answer your question krazzy I paid $400 for an All-Glass 55g tank, oak stand and canopy, Aquarium Systems Skimmer, Millenium 3000 filter, 3 maxi-jet power heads, ls, lr, and all the fish. Do you guys think the 55 would be too small for the trigger by himself? If so I make take the Koran back for credit and let the huma have the 90, he's my favorite. Thanks again.
