Ouch! This morning at school (I am a student ambassador) I had to load boxes of food onto a HUGE truck. It was all for a food drive that my school had been doing that student ambassadors were in charge of, and well, I guess I was the only one who could actually lift stuff! Or so I thought?!?! I lifted probably 30-40 boxes FULL of canned food ALONE. ONTO A TRUCK. Now I wanna shoot myself. (not really) But I am so sore...I cant get out of the computer chair...I feel like I am gonna die. Just thought I would share my story....OWWWWW!!!!!!

that's awesome
Ok, this is what you should do (recommended by a chiropractor for my pain) Take a hot shower, and allow the hot water (as hot as you can stand it) to run on the sore part. Then get out of the shower, and rub that part with an ice cube. Then repeat about 7-10 times.

JK, before I was being sarcastic about dying, but I just tried to get up to bring the dogs in from outside and I got up (somehow by the grace of god) and brought the dogs in, but now I AM GONNA DIE-SERIOUSLY!!!!!! OOOOWWWWIIIIEEEEE! Sorry, not trying to sound like a whimp or anything, but I have NEVER been in this much pain...not even when I got bucked off a horse and broke 3 ribs!

didnt do anything, but it sure tasted good!
The wrapper was a bit gross though, I mean after all, it did travel on the highway-lots and lots of snow salt.

Adam, I use Ibeprophen (sp) Motrin for mine. Some heating cream works well too like therogesic. It gets hot then cools and smells but you can take a shower and the smaell goes away but the relief stays.
Sorry to hear about your back. Hope ya feel better.

Yeah, I took some motrin about a half hour ago, when I called my mom at work. I will have to call her again and tell her to pick that stuff up. My back kills! Thanks...I'll feel better...eventually...
