I buddy of mine wanted to know if using oxyclean is safer tahn using bleach to clean his decorations in his tank? Someone said it to him. Thanks

Huh stuff says that you can clean aquariums with it.
says it contains sodium percarbonate and sodium carbonate. After that it dosn't say a whole lot. IMO that would be somthing that would take some more reasearch by contacting the company and making some inqueries.

IMO go ahead and clean the decor with it but then make sure to wash it thoroughly before replacing it back into the tank
