Painting my tank...

I am upgrading to a 75 and I am having the toughest time deciding on a shade of blue. I currently have my 55 gallon painted black and it is so drab. Anyone got a good shade of blue?????

Not a blue shade, but I think I will paint the back of my next tank........corraline purple. lol That's the color it will eventually be, anyway!

LOL...I like this idea! You can always go testured..blotch on purples and blues of different shades with a big brush, just dab at it and not brush it on or use a spray method…little here, little there for what I think would make a great effect.

I'd love to be able to paint different shades or hues of the graduating up the back to give it a visual perception of depth or never ending. I have seen some done with a back lighting.

Some use spray paint and others use latex paint....Depends on the person.
