Pairing My Clown

Ok, so about a month ago, I asked about pairing my percula clown. I had originally ordered a mated pair from my LFS, but sadly the female died during LFS quarantine. I was hoping they would get a wild one in within the next couple weeks after I brought him home, but they did not, they got shipment after shipment of maroon pairs. He has been alone for about a month, I am still hoping to get a fully grown female, however, I believe that is not possible from your suggestions. What should I do. (He is hosting, I want a wild one to make sure it hosts. :p)

If you are looking to pair up, get one that is much smaller then the one you have. Your male will change --- and become the female. If your male is very small then consider returning him and waiting for another pair.
Good luck.

I just want a pair, i just think it helps both clowns adapt to captivity, and it also gives another personality to the tank. Insofar, my clown has succeded in not feeding his anemone, and making that symbiotic relationship, a rather one sided one. LOL
