Can anyone ell me what might be up with my Lion fish. He looks very pale. He is eating very good and is about as active as expected to be for a lion fish.
I have a 130 gallon tank and I have been doing 4 gallon water changes every day for the past week. I did about a 20 gallon change last weekend. He started to look pale about 1 week after I got him I have had him for about 4 weeks.
Anyone know what might be wrong with him.
All my tank levels are at 0
Nitrates,Nitrites,Amona, PH=6.2

PH=6.2
Hopefully that's a typo, but if not needs to be corrected..
If it needs to be corrected, it will have to be slowely over the course of several days...

Man, how are any fish even alive at that level. Th PH needs to come up, and do it very slowly.

There has to be something wrong. NO fish could live under a ph of 6.3 Test you ph again and make sure your testing it right.

Is the pale color a "fadeing" of his normal skin color or an "external" film or fuzz...
If it's just normal (internal) fadeing, it's probably caused by stress...
How big is he...? And what else do you have in the tank with him...??
