Just woundering what size tank they should be kept in, and what do they eat? Cant seem to find anything on it, all that keeps comming up are panda goldfish.

It's a poor choice for a captive butterfly. They are coralivores and their natural diet is almost impossible to duplicate. They hit close to 6 inches. There are much hardier and equally beautiful species to select from.
You will get more info searching for their scientific name, Chaetodon adiergastos.
But indeed, it unfortunately is one of the majority of Butterflyfish that should be left in the ocean, due to their diet of corals.
