My QT is a 37 gal. I have all my inverts in there while i hypo my 72 gal. I have about 16 blue leg hermits in there and some feather dusters (i have other things but those are the only inverts i have more than 1 of).
I have little flea-like organisms all over my tank. They hang on structures and dont swim. They are white and have 2 segments to their body. They mostly hang around algae spots (or maybe thats only reason i can see them). These things are about the size of a pin head or SMALLER! They mover really fast too.
I did a search on blue leg hermits to see if they have mated (which i think i've seen them do) and i found nothing.
Anyone have any ideas???

grateful if you have adult seahorses then you would know babies as they look just like adults only smaller. This pods are only bad for fry....and it is only a certain type that is bad for them, like hydroids. I am not sure why they are bad because I have not had my seahorses mate yet therefore I have not researched the particulars on raising fry. You can go the WWW.seahorse.org and check out the library and you should find some info on raising fry and what is of harm to them. You would diffently know the difference in a pod from a seahorse. Go to the site and you will see what I mean.;)
