Parasite?

Ive got what looks like some sort of parasite on my fire fish.
They look like tiny pieces of fuzz, and they move around a little.
Is this ICK? What can I put in the tank(reef safe) that will get rid of this stuff?

Looked it up in my "Saltwater Encyclopedia" it says..
"White cotton or wool like growths on the body could be Saprolegnia fungus. Usually effects fish with mucus defiencies, open wounds or other skin ailments. Encouraged by excess organic matter in water. Immediate partial water changes can be effective, as are malchite green remedies, antibiotic treatment"
Personally I don't know. Just quoting a book...
