Parasites Do I have Them ?

What does a parasite look like anyway ? I have these little creatures on the glass that look like a snow flake ? When it pushes off the glass it look like the creatures have 8 legs. Almost looks like the Badmitten you hit over the net.
What are these creatures swimming with my clown fish ?

How big are they? I'm no parasite expert, but they could be pods. If that is so, they are completely harmless and definitely a good thing. :)
