parasites in live sand/rock

Anyone have any concerns over recieving parasites in live sand or rock?

its a bit creepy thinking of worms with spikes and a shrimp with the pounding power of a .22 bullet

I dont worry about it. but sometimes the thought of little worms swimming around in my fishes intestons and killing them gives me the WILLYS!
