parasites?

There is something in my tank and I dont have a clue what it is. It is about 1/4cm in size, it is clear with a spot in the middle. They look like they have a tail on it, they are moving around the tank alot. I didnt notice them yeterday but they sure where in there today. I tried to take a picture but it is too large to post. Can anyone help me?I know it is hard to without a picture but any help would be great.

Are they mainly on the glass? Could be little snails.

yeah they are mainly on the glass, but I can see a few on the rocks and on the sand

Flatworms. The white/clear ones are harmless.

thanks a bunch! They seem to be just hanging around the tank, they havent effected anything so I guess I will just leave them alone!
