I just started a salt water tank. It is my first but i have been into fresh for about 5 years. My damsels seem to have ich. Can i use nox-ich (brand name) It is active- sodium chloride, malachite green 1% and 99% inert. Will it hurt my live rock??

I HAVE HEARD VERY GOOD THINGS ABOUT A PRODUCT CALLED KICK ICK ... I HAVE NEVER USED IT BUT I HAVE READ SOME AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD WITH INVERTS ... READ ON IT FIRST THOUGH

Hunterdaddy,
all med's will hurt live rock. Raise the temp of the tank your fish and rock can take it but the ick can't try 80 to 85 degrees for 24 to 48 hours this should kill the ick.

There is a lot of misinformation about medication for ICK - I for one have used misinformation.
