parrot fish?

Just checking to see if anyone here has any first hand experience with parrot fish, I am considering adding one to my aggressive tank (220), and have found mixed opinions in my research. Any advise would be helpful as far as the care, and hardiness of these fish.
Thanks

Not hardy, IMO.
Need a fairly specialized diet, such as taking plaster and creating things for them to munch on with spirulina and other things in it to mimic the bites they take out of coral. But many many will starve I am afraid (several died at the facility I was at). They also will get quite large if you did have success with it. But overall, I do not suggest it at all. Beautiful but best left to the ocean or public aquaria.
But how about a wrasse?

Thanks for the input, I seem to rember eading somewhere that they required specialized care to even have a chance. Funny you should say a wrasse, I haven decided to go with a paddlefin instead.
