PAYPAL QUESTION, 20% cash back!

Paypal sent me an email for 20% cash back, if I purchase from their selected stores using my paypal account,, sound pretty good, and just in time for X-Mas for me, Their selected stores are fabulous as well.. But has anyone ever done this? and How does it work? For instance if something costs $200, techincally you would get back $40,, bt it goes to some escrow paypal account to use at a future date or does it go back on your credit card? AND finally how long does it take to get the credit back? Regards!

I've been using paypal for a few years now. I've never gotten a ligitimate e-mail like that from them..... I'd be a little sceptical....

Neither have I. I've had a Paypal account for over 10yrs.

AND when i went to the actual vendor sites,, it offered me a "PAYPAL" paying method.. Just wanted to know if anybody else has done this...or am I going to be the Guinea Pig here... ha ha
