pc light

ok, i realize that the 30 watts of light on my 45 g is not sufficient. LFS said go ahead with it. I guess he got his money. I plan on buying PC lights(unless someone talks me out of it).
Do the Coralife 2-96 sit right on top of the tank?
Are the JBJ Formosa Deluxe a better setup?
Has anyone tried the JBJ flip top dx stands?

I always hear people saying JBJ is very bright. At my LFS, they have a display tank using JBJ lighting but I don't think it's really THAT bright but that's just my opinion. I personally like the VHO over PC if the MH is out of the equation. The JBJ doesn't come cheap either. HTH
