PC Lighting Offer from LFS

A guy at the LFS offered me a used, but in Like-New condition PC Light ratd at 55 Watts. He wants 75 for it ... good idea? Would be enough to grow a bubble coral in my tank? I have a 20 gallon long, and it is only 12 inches high ... Let me knows.
