PC lighting

If I want to set up a tank that will be mostly fish and a few soft Corals, will 4-65 watt PC's be enough? Anyone else with experience with pc lighting?

How big will the tank be? With that lighting, you can keep shrooms, zoos, xenias, leathers, and other lps corals.
