pc or vho ????

i know mh's r the best lights but what is the difference between pc's and vho's been told they r basiclly the same and how many watts of each would you guys recommend on a 55

I wouldn't go with pc's or vho. I would look into t5's ho unless you are going to get MH.

Just got a 6x54w t5 for my 55 and love it! Replaced my 4x65w pc's and there is no comparision. I would think that a 4x 54w t5 would do for a 55.

you can get the 80w 60" T-5s. but always reflect them properly or there is not point to getting the t-5 really
