PC question

My pc fixture I noticed when it comes on is really nice and bright and then it starts to kind of get dimmer. Is this a sign that the bulbs are ready to be replaced? They are 6-7 months old.

On the lights getting dimmer...However PC bulbs last about 6-8 months so it would be a good idea to go ahead and change them.

Not so much I guess they are getting dimmer but they dont have the brillance of when they first power on. THey seem to fade some and hold that. I figured I would order a set soon.
