PC vs T5

Is there a big difference in PC vs T5? I want my zoas to grow not just stay the same and colors fade out. What type of lighting is the best for zoas and what level of atinic?

T5 are the way to go with any coral. the bulbs are much cheaper and they last longer plus you get more light out of them with less wattage.

does it matter what kind of T5 (100% atinic, 50/50, 10K)?
