Around the web,I've heard about these two fish that barely anybody talks. The peacock flounder and the emperor snapper.Does anybody know about these two mysterious fish? And if they do,I would really like some information(ex.minimum tank size, compatibility with other fish, etc) from somebody who has heard or have kept them at one point.

I don't understand why anybody would want a flounder. It is an ugly, sand colored fish that barely moves and will eat all your smaller fish. You will need around a 150+
Emperor Snapper- The reason nobody keeps these is because they are not suited for home aquariums. They grow 4 feet, 70 pounds, and they need a ton of swimming room. This won't work.
In short, if I were you, pass on both of them.

Iwamted a flounder because I may have it my soon to be predatory saltwater aquarium. And its okay ifn they don't do much, people love stingrays and they do the same thing. And I really find them that ugly(but that's my opinion),I actually find them quite interesting and unique compared to a clownfish(that everybody keeps and knows about).

Sorry if I came off a little bit hostile, but I don't think flounder really swim around. They just sit on the bottom.

Flounders are kinda cool in the right tank.
The local aquarium has a flounder tank and half the tank is set up with black sand, half with white. It's really cool to watch them change colors as they go to the different colored sands. It's called the "Flounder Find"
Flounders swim around a lot more than people realize, mainly because they blend in so well to the sand. In a large aggressive tank, they might add some interesting life to the bottom of the tank, which in my opinion is something that many aggressive tanks don't have, unless it's an eel, which gets boring to see after the 1,000th time.
