peeling button polyps

i recently got some new button polyps. i noticed that they seem to be peeling. they still open about 3/4 of the way all the time. is this normal or a sign of stress?

mine look like they are peeling a bit, and i think that is normal... to an extent. if they look like they are coming off completely or if they look bad that way just dab a but of superglue gell under them and they will stick.

They are probably in an area with too much flow which is causing them to detach a little.
