My lion is getting too big for my tank and needs a new home. He is my absolute favorite fish and I knew I would have to get rid of him sooner or later. I just didn't realize he would grow so fast! He is currently 8-9 inches, head to tail. He is an excellent eater. He will eat out of your hand and will eat just about anything offered. He is fed every other day and knows this routine. He will eat small fish in the aquarium--as he just recently ate my 3 stripe damsel. He has tons of personality and is beautiful! I will dearly miss this fish.

He does have a notch the size of a nickel broken out of his tail right now. We rearranged the rockwork and I think he wedged himself somewhere he shouldn't have. I'm sure it will heal just fine and does not affect his swimming.
I want him to go to a good home. You must have a large enough aquarium for him. I will not ship. I might be willing to drive a little ways to meet for pick up. I am located about 3 hrs south of Chicago. I'm looking for $40 or BO. You can email me at tntws6@mtco.com or post here. Thanks!

I have him in a 55g. When I purchased him, I knew he would eventually outgrow my tank. But I thought I could keep him for several years. He grew so fast in one year. He's doing ok in my tank right now, but it won't be long before he's uncomfortable. I thought I would start trying to find him a home now before I trade him into a lfs.

I can take more pics of him when I get home. Send me your email address and I'll email them. Where are you at in Wisconsin? How big of a tank would you be putting him in? tntws6@mtco.com

I sent the pics to you whyamisofly. It was a rather large email though. Let me know if it did not go through.
