pepermint shrimp vs nudi

I got some peppermint shrimp to help control an aptasia problem, and they appear to have done a great job, but recently I've noticed them attacking other things like snails and some little cleaner clams. A few days ago I got a lettuce nudi to help control algae, and shortly after I put him in one of the pep shrimp attacked him and appeared to be trying to eat him. I got the nudi into my fuge right away, but has anyone else had similar problems with pep shrimp? I'm thinking about getting rid of them.

Haven't had a nudi, but if your pep shrimp don't work there is the stuff called Joe's juice that will take care of the aptasia problem.
