Peppermint Shrimp attacking my bubble tip

I have 3 peppermint shrimp that I have bought over the last month or so to eat aiptasia. Actually, i have only seen one shrimp at a time since I bought them, but I assume the other two are still in there. The biggest patch of aiptasa has been eaten down to the base. There are little bits in ther parts of the tank, but no longer is a big issue.
So I bought a green bubble tip yesterday for my two false percs. Within 30 seconds of placing the bubble tip on the rocks and having him attach, a peppermint shrimp grabbed one of the tentacles and started either pulling and/or eating it. I shooed the shrimp away, but he sat under a rock waiting for me to leave. Don't know if he ever attacked the anemone again or not. The anemone moved a little bit last night, but then went back to where I had put him by this morning. I didn't have time to look for the shrimp this morning, but I didn't see him at first glance.
What should I do? Will the percs chase away the shrimp when they start hosting? I doubt I can catch the shrimp unless I tear down the whole tank.

Are you sure your shrimp was eating the anemone? When your clowns host the anemone they should defend it from predators.
