Peppermint Shrimp

I have a 29 gallon tank with 18 lbs LR, LS, 3 green Chromis, I blue damsel, 1 perc clown, 4 turbo snails, and one peppermint shrimp. Well, I used to have a peppermint. He's disappeared and I haven't seen him in about three days. I checked all the LR, moved LS, etc. He's gone!!
Any Idea where he could've went?
Does he hide in sand, LR???????

I checked my filter and he wasn't there either. I guess he's just hiding really good in the rocks.

He may be hiding, but its likely your clean up crew could have consumed him.
