Peppermints "attacking" Clown goby??

Hey I have a clown goby in my 5 gallon - when I feed the goby some flake food one of the peppermints hounded him - even after he had finished eating - the peppermint kept bugging him until he zipepd around the tank a couple of times and then left him alone in his little perch.
So was the peppermint going after the fish or the food the fish had?? The peppermint is as big as the clown - is there a danger of the peppermint gulping down the goby?? I seriously doubt it ... but you never know - anyone ever see something like this??

peppermints are also a cleaner shrimp, they don't do it as often or some at all. I probably wouldnt worry about it though
