Percula Clown aggression toward another percula?

Ive had a small percula clown in my tank for about a year, and I recently added another because I thought he would enjoy a friend. I bought a slightly bigger one because I figured there would be less of a problem. The first day the old one showed a little bit of aggression towards the new one, but it died down after a day. He wasn't even really attacking, just more like swimming at him fast and kind of shaking beside the new one.
Well the new one has been there for a month or so now, and the older fish is doing it again out of nowhere! And the new fish just kind of swims out of the way like it doesn't even bother him. Is this aggression, and is there anything I should do about it?

that is your issue i believe. You already had a single clown well established. He has made that tank his. Now you introduced a larger one. The bigger thinks he is boss the smaller one is the boss in his eyes. Id take it back and get a smaller one. I know they have been in the same tank for a while now. But do they hang out or do their own thing the butt heads?
How big is the clown you have had for a year?

No they are always hanging out! The bigger one always wants to be around the smaller one. Maybe thats why he does it, maybe sometimes he just gets annoyed! lol The smaller one that Ive had is about 2 inches maybe?

Then its like any relationship. The woman always beating on the man. Well thats my life hahahaha.
Im pretty sure the bigger one is either starting to change to female or is a female. The females will get bigger and assert their dominace.

But the smaller one is the one showing the dominance! But the one that is smaller in length is getting much wider! Is this maybe the female? (would make sense right?
JUST KIDDING LADIES!)
