I just bought a plate coral, medium size. one of my fish-fanatic friend said that my PERCULA clownfish would go in there, but so far it hasn't come near it, any suggestion.
Sometimes a clown will accept a coral such as a long tentacle plate as a host, but not always. Give it time, even with and anemone it sometimes takes days or weeks before the clown will accept it. Some corals do not appreciate a clown's interaction and may reamin closed which will eventually lead to its death. HTH
asian i have a long tentacle plate and 2 carpet anemones and mine is in the coral instead of the host anemone i guess some just dont know what they should be doing
Dude, didn't you see my clown on my plate coral? Would you relax. Hella no trust. What's up with that. Fine be that way.
Anyway...welcome to the board.
