PERCULA EMERGENCY!!!!!

Ok I just got two little perculas tw0 days ago (you may have read the post pertaining to them) Well any wasy the bigger of the two is pumping his gills really fast and is barely swimming all the other fish are fine I tested my water Ph=8.2 Ammo 0 trate 0 trite 0 SG .0022 please help I really don't want to lose this fish
