Percula's fighting

I have a 35g tank that has been running for about a month and a half. 3 weeks ago i added 2 perculas (the only fish in the tank) and they got along fine, never leaving eachothers side. Now the bigger one goes after the small one and it turns to its side and starts shaking. They still seem to get along at night and sleep by eachother, but it seems when i feed them or when they think they are going to get feed the big one goes after the small one?
Is this perfectly normal?

So the larger one is the female. My two do the same thing. Is there any way to get them to mate.

If they do a twichy shake while next to each other, means they have established that they are a pair. So they will mate, but most clowns will require something to host in before laying eggs. Frog spawn is the easiest. Also there is a chance of the coral or anenome eating or digesting the eggs.
