Perfecto 44 gal

Its kinda like a bow front but its 5 sided. Does anyone have a tank like this. There is an extra space on the hood for a 2nd strip lite. Someone I know wants to buy one but cant seem to find it. Thanx in advance for any help.

I have one and I would rather have a rectangle shaped tank. The lighting for my tank is rather hard to come by. I would rather have a different tank.

I have a 44g pent. and I have a 250w and a 175w MH along with 150w of VHO's which is just added. For a total of 575 watts. I love my tank being that shape and have no problem with the lighting. All you have to do is be creative.

how do you have your lights setup? Dou you have a picture? I have a 250w MH and I am changing it to 400w of VHO. In the picture I only have 4 of the 6 bulbs in the canopy

I don't have a pic. cause no digital camera. But I have my 250w MH in the front and the 175w in the back where the rock is higher and I ran the 2 vho's between the two MH. I used 24" bulbs and ran them at the longest part of the canopy, which is in the center. My canopy doesn't look like yours. Mine is totally enclosed with the entire top lifting up on a hinge. If you really need a picture I will borrow a friends camera a take a pic. for ya. LMK!

Here is the general idea of how I did it. Sorry it so bad but you should get the idea. 250 at bottom (front), vho's middle, and 175 in the back.
