It moves around the rock very slowly. The center is BRIGHt green... almost fluorescent. It recoils when it sees any movement. I will try to get another photo...

It came on my live rock.
Anti--
That looks like a manajano anemone, but its a very cool looking one. I will let someone a little more knowledgable give you a 100% sure answer, because as I said I've killed a ton of them, but none of them had a cool green center like that.

wait, its bioluminesent. That is awesome
I'd say it's an anemone for sure.. to say it's one thing or the other is difficult (for me)
It actually looks like a button polyp a bit.. but you're saying it retracts when would suggest anemone.

Well it pulls back like a polyp does but perhaps a bit faster?
I really like the colors on it... what are the drawbacks of keeping it around?
Well it depends on what exactly it really is.. an anemone is going to sting things and usually the 'pest' anemones tend to multiply like crazy.. it's going to suck to attempt to get rid of them if they're in hard to reach spots of the tank.... post a couple more pics of it
I dont think it is a button polyp. Does kind of resemble a cup coral though...
It hasn't moved in a while, I'm just going to keep an eye on it and see what happens...
