Pest Anenome??

Sorry, unable to do pics.
I have a hitchiker that came on some LR it has a clear trunk that is approx 2" long with a wispy tentacle array. I have had it now for a couple of months and just noticed another small one on another rock. A friend said it was a pest and that it will overpopulate and cause problems. Is this true? If so what is the best remedy?

Joe`s Juice or there are some fish that eat them , but can`t remember which ones .

Read another post to pest anenome that said Joe's Juice or Peppermint Shrimp. What is Joe's Juice and if I put Peppermint shrimp will they also affect other desireable anenome?
Also, can you verify from my description that it is indeed a "pest" or should I just not worry for the time being?
