PFO MH Ballast...Good or bad?

Has any one used a PFO MH Ballast? Are they any good?

bullet proof but they are large you can't keep it in the hood . You need room. I don't keep electrical in my hood or stand anyway.

Just went to the LFS and looked at one tonight. Looks sweet, all plug in- no wiring!! 175mh for $140 and double setup for $260. not bad.
