PFO mini HQI????

I found a PFO mini HQI 150 watt MH pendant on a site. The thing that is strange is that it is only $90.
Is a pho mini HQI as stong, and effective as other MH fixtures? The fixture is 10 1/4'' long, 6 1/2'' wide and 4'' high.
Also, it doent say how many degrees kelvin it will be.?.
Please tell me the differece between this fixture, and other MH fixtures.

it'll probably not include the ballast or the bulb, which is probably why it doesn't say the K rating, now i've heard they produce more light than a mogul,

A PFO Mini Pendant would be just the "fixture" to hold the bulb...
For $90 most likely does not include the Ballast to run the bulb or the bulb itself...
The "HQI" in the description would indicate it is a "DE" or double ended fixture rather than a Mogul...
