PH consistantly too high

Does anyone have this problem, I read about raising and maintianing ph but can't find anything about lowering PH in my reef tank any suggestions?

What is you ph and other water parameters??

PH is a solid 8.4 W/aquarium pharmaceutical test kit Nitrates O,Carbonate harness a little high also 215 ppm.

there's nothing wrong with a pH of 8.4. what time of day are you testing it?

I use R.O. water,Calcium@440 ppm,dkh 220 ppm, is alkalinity same as dkh? don't test Mag. but add magnesium and strontium bi-weekly.

if it peaks at 8.4 in the evening, before the lights go off, then you don't have problem.

try a anther test kit or have lfs test your water.i just had test kit problems and all was just fine.also water changes never hurt
