My ph is at 8.0 what can i do to get it up? Is this dangerous? this is a FO tank

8.0 is great as long as it remains consistent (not accounting for swings at night).

8.0 is just fine.
You can check you skimmer to make sure it working properly and make sure your pumps and powerheads aren't clogged or gummed up and are providing 15 - 20X turnover in your aquarium.
The time of day you test can also make a big difference.
It never hurts to test Ca and ALK to make sure they are balanced and at proper levels.
