bufer wil probably raise it
you can get ph increasers, but before i would do that i would check the alkalinity and calcium, if they are not in line, it will be more difficult to get the ph to stabilize fro you at an accepatble level

Ok, ok, I know just about everyone here seems to use buffers or somethin to get their ph right. BUT, I've had GREAT sucess at keeping my ph stable at 8.2 with a product called proper ph 8.2. Its made by aquarium pharmaceuticals inc., and all you need to do is add the correct amount for your tank and you'll have a perfect ph of 8.2 for a month(you gotta add it to your RO water though too.) How easy is that? :D
