pH Too low

We have a 37 gallon tank that has been set up for 2 weeks. Alk is 13 and pH is 7.5. We have added super buffer but can add no more since the alk is 13. We have added an air stone and turned out flow spouts towards each other to help create water agitation.
Any suggestions on how to raise the pH? Need help fast. Our 2 fish are starting to struggle.

welcome aboard, 2 things, i would first check your calcium, and then recheck your ph and alk against another source (different kit), reason being, often with a h that won't come up, it is often because your alk is low, and with a alk on the high side(still good, but on high side), normally ph should not be a prob, normally the 2 work together, double check them, one more than likely is off a bit
