Phos pads are in-Now what?

OK, my phos pads got here today and I have now put one in each tank...One tank has cyano, the other hair (altho the tangs seem to be having a blast with it) How long before I should notice some sort of difference..especially with the cyano???

Anyone? Do I need to do anything else, or just wait and see????

I've had mine in for a few weeks now and haven't notice any difference in my nano. The pad is not getting even dark either which it should do as it takes out the phosphates. I'm trying to feed less.
