Does anyone use it and how often do you change it?
Also do you use carbon with it and how often do you change it?

I use it on my tank and no carbon. I have not needed to replace it yet. it has only been two weeks. just remember to rinse it good otherwise your tank will look like coffee. I rinsed mine well but saw someones tank who didnt ouch.
