phosphate

I have to much phosphate in my water and i think thats whats causing so much algae. i just ordered an r.o. so maybe that will help. any more suggestions??

The RO/DI filter is your best bet. Two other ways you can also remove phosphates are to use phosphate binders or have a refugium.
