I have been told that the phosphates will leach into your substrate and rock. You can remove the stuff from the water but it's still in the other stuff.Soon it leeches back into the water.Try taking a fresh(new) sample of water with no trace of phos,Then put some of your substrate in the sample.Wait a day or two and retest the sample.I'll bet you there will be phosphate.

Well, if everything is doing great, perhaps you shouldn't be trying so hard to get rid of the phosphate. Phosphate is food for your algae...without it you can't feed micro or marco algae. How high is your phosphate?
Test the water that you use, then the water mixed with your sea salt brand.
Watch overfeeding your fish.
Careful with vitimin additives or supplements, they can promote healthy algae blooms as well as healthy fish. Better to soak food rather than add supplements directly to the water.
What is your water change schedule?

ok, thanks for the tips. i change my water when needed. i just let evaporation take its course and then fill it back up, i tested the tap water and there are no traces of phos. i feed the fish small pelets, and shrimp. and its really high, it goes to the top of the scale. i had this problem before in my 30 gallon, where the fish store sold me regular goldfish rock and it leached phos. bad, but this time i am using crushed shells, (puca shell).
