Can anyone tell me where I can go to find information about putting photos no this web. is there a thread . all the searches I did I came up empty.

When you are typing your post there will be a section below the text box called 'Additional Options". Under that section you will see "Manage Attachments". If you click there it will let you upload pics.
Pics can be a max size of 500 x 500 pixels, and must be a .gif, jpeg, jpg, or txt files

Also if you have photos stored on a different site or web location, you can click the "Insert Image" icon on the toolbar when you enter text. It asks you for a location. Simply paste in the URL to that particular graphic and you have it.
BTW...to get the URL right click on it when viewed through a web browser and select "Properties". You'll see it listed there.
