photobucket issues

OK
I go sign in at photobucket . Then into one of my albums at photobucket. I go to the copy from the little link spot under the shot and press it. It then says coppied like normal.
When I come here to post using the lower code space in SWF's attachment box that shows up in the upper left. All I am getting is "Invalid File" with the listing shown when I do a paste to there after pressing unload..... What am I doing wrong now???

You don't need to upload a photobucket link as a file... you just copy and paste the link from photobucket that has the
