thank you!!! i am mostly into action/sports shots and candids... but every once in a while i pull a scenic shot outta now where... lol...
i have a Canon EOS Rebel xti Digital SLR... its by far the best camera i have ever owned!!! i own alot of cameras myself...
is your maxxum a 35mm or is it digital???
i took 4 years of photography in school... back then digital was in its primitive stage... all but one (a color 35mm project) of my projects were black and white 35mm (and the homemade camera projects)... had to do every step... from takin the pic to developing the film to making prints... and EVERYTHING was graded...

Same here, everything is graded...it is 35mm.........since i have no job, asnd developing cost alot of money (plus film and no car) so it is a big hassle, that is why i love my digital. It is sleek, skinny, has as HUGE scree (2.8") and it takes great pictures.

Lol, we took a picture of our dog w/a blonde wig on too! As for the rest, I really like them. Especially the flying liquids, cabin on the lake, sunset, puppy, and red leaf.

You have a good eye, Seth. Some nice pics, there.
As far as the expression pieces, I like the one of the elderly man. I don't really have any criticism to offer, sorry.

Seth what is your project??? each one has different properties and and needs to be looked at for those properties... i.e. if you were supposed to have a leading line for the rail road tracks i wouldnt use it because it leads to blankness (as in the fog) and my eye goes right to the truck to the left... if you are looking for contrats i wouldnt use the water pic cuz its not natural... the leaf is better... the close up of the yarn is good for both contrast and texture... the towels are kind of boring for contrats but suggest soft... the one at Disney world/land is odd to me, by putting it partially in B/W it doesnt give a happy feel... what i mean is, it is kind of a conflict and looks odd...

As for artistic analysis, sorry. I've had too many science courses; they beat the artistic side of my brain to death.
From a purely untrained observer; Nice job. You seem to have a talent for it.
